Angel Bourne is a creature of the sea, but she decides to make a few changes on her 16th birthday. A witch gives her a choice. Stay home in the ocean with her family, or stay on land forever? When Angel is caught in an incident, she makes her choice without thinking. Now, Angel wants to find a way to get back home, but someone complicates things for her. Thus, Angel is faced with one more choice. Lose home, but gain love, or be back with her family, but away from the one she loves? The one named Peter Pan.

Peter Pan has no choice but to grow as he raises his daughter, Penelope in two different worlds. He is torn between letting Penelope grow up in the real world or keeping her forever young in Neverland.
