Rose Evans is failing Transfiguration. Any previous year she would just shrug and carry on, but this is her O.W.L year and there is no room for error.

When Professor McGonagall assigns her a tutor to help get her grades up, she never expects it to be Gryffindor's golden boy James Potter, the boy who is in love with her older sister...

That's why it's even more of a surprise when he asks for her help.



When finished, this book will be in four parts, spanning from Rose's fifth year to after she's left Hogwarts and the first wizarding war.

He broke Remus and his own heart, and as his world is slowly crumbling around him, he has to pick it all back up again single handed. This story will take place during the marauders time at Hogwarts, all 7 years and one year after, during the war. I am sorry in advance for the alterations I made in this story that aren't aligned with the original story, but as you will soon discover it's way more interesting to change the timeline a bit and put Lucius Malfoy and Ballatrix Black in the same school as the marauders.
