i started this book when i was so unmotivated to shift and then i shifted and i decided to help more people shift. i'm actually so bad at updating though-

it's fine haha message me or comment if you want anything specific posted

i'm re-reading some of the chapters and they actually hurt me with how cringy they are but i guess that's a hazard with looking at old writing
