Brave is a 15, soon to be 16-year-old African American girl. Her name is Brave although she isn't very Brave when it comes to defending herself against her stepfather who mistreats her. Her mom died when Brave was 11 and ever since then she's been stuck with a terrible excuse for a stepfather. What will happen when Brave's life gets turned upside down when her step-father gets arrested and she finds out she has 9 other siblings that she had no idea about? All boys. Brave has put her guard up and doesn't easily trust people ever since she found out her stepfather's true colors. She became cold, distant, but she still has that sunshine in her that takes a special person to crack. Will the boys get to have a relationship with Brave? And will she let them? Will she understand she isn't truly alone? But also, there are some secrets that her brothers have. Will she be okay or is she better off alone?
