Marina Black is the Victor of the 64th Hunger Games. A strong 16 year-old from District 4, she won being very tactical and strategical; she killed the right people to send the right message and she allied with the right people, just so she could survive another night. 
Nobody is ever prepared to be thrown back into The Hunger Games, but when the 75th annual Hunger Games come right around the corner, it seems that the odds are not in her favor (or in any of the victors).
