Miyako Kayama is out of a job and depressed when her sister, Midnight, calls her to offer her a teacher's assistant job at UA High School. She assists class 1-A's homeroom teacher, Mr. Aizawa, but before school starts in April, there is an accident that drives an incredibly awkward wedge between the two.
