We also know that Tobi took Sasuke after he passed out to spill the beans about his older brother and how the Leaf Village made him slaughter his entire clan.
But... What if the Leaf Village search and rescue crew fled to the scene first?
What if Naruto, Kakashi, Yamato, Sakura, Sai, Hinata, Kiba, Shino & Lee arrived at the scene before Tobi did, retrieved Sasuke, and vamoosed back to the Konoha Hospital?
What if Tobi never had the chance to tame Sasuke for vengeance against the Leaf, and use him to acquire the tailed beasts?
What would Tobi's plan be then?
