Marine is an eighteen year old girl, living in 1960s Paris. She is a christian, with a middle to upper class family and a boyfriend, which seems to be what any young girl wants. It all changes when she decides to pursue medicine in a university, despite the challenges for studious women at this time, and her frame of mind changes, when she meets a special someone..
DISCLAIMER: some aspects (such as how women only being able to study half the degree men could) I think are characteristic of the 1800s, not the 1900s. I mixed these eras together.

We'll always have Paris - PART 2 (CLEXA AU)
This is the second part of my story "We'll always have Paris". STOP reading this if you haven't read the first part yet, because... well... spoilers 🤫 In the first part we met Clarke Griffin, an Australian doctor living and working in Spain who goes to a convention held in Paris, where she meets Lexa, the actress who plays an iconic LGBTQ+ character on a TV Show called "The Last Commander". And... they fall in love 😉 Assuming you have read the story, our girls had their happy ending almost a year later when they met again in Paris at the same event and Lexa pretty much came out of the closet, kissing Clarke in a room full of fans. The second part of the story consists of three chapters and an epilogue. Each chapter happens in a different city/country, giving us an insight in their life immediately after the kiss at the convention, and later as a couple living in L.A., facing new challenges as they try to work around their busy schedules to spend as much time together as they possibly can. We also get to see how Clarke copes with being constantly in the eye of the public as Lexa's girlfriend and what kind of effect the whole 'coming out of the closet' thing had on Lexa's career and their relationship in general. There will be more smut scenes, of course 😉 And I won't say anything else 🤐 I hope you'll stick around to see the end of this story! I know I enjoyed writing it! S. (A/N: This is essentially going to be a process of fixing + improving Lean on Us, a pre-existing fic on my page, as I'm not too happy with how it came out as the years go by. NOTE: There WILL be more spice in this one and probably more violence than in the original, but all spice chapters will be written to be skipped in the case you'd like to skip them, and TW will be added as necessary.) After Luka's painful pining experience over Marinette Dupain-Chang, he pretty much gives up on romance and prioritizes being there for the ones he loves and putting their needs above his own. He begins to attract attention as the band Kitty Section picks up some major traction, leading him to feel the need to repress any hurt he's feeling himself. As this happens, (Y/N) transfers into Marinette's class upon being adopted by their uncle due to the sudden death of their parents. (Y/N) is still moving on and dealing with the repercussions of their mother and father's passing when Juleka introduces (Y/N) to Luka at their band rehearsal. They form a strong bond and become fast friends- and quickly become something more- but how much more can they be in the chaos of suddenly becoming a hero on top of that? Adrien was a good boyfriend. He listened to what Marinette said about Luka and tried his best to keep his distance, ignoring what was becoming a wonderful friendship. After a series of unfortunate events, he finds himself single and gets a second chance at a real friend from (Y/N), much to Luka's dismay. What happens when this certain blond is thrown into the mix? He of course has hidden all his life that he is a prodigy in all aspects of electronics, math, science and the like. Only his parents know, but they don't really care that much. They mostly just accept anything going on with their son, because he made the impossible possible since his first real invention, and they learned not to question it. Our main character is now ready for his new start at the "College" Françoise Dupont, and can't wait to start a journey of heroism as well.
