Happily Ever After? In What World?!

Ashlyn lives in a world of fairytales! You may think that means a world of happily ever afters, but Ashlyn has experienced everything but a happy ending. She moved to this world when she was about 7. How? Surprisingly the answer is simple, she is far from human. Well not very far but she definitely isn't human, she is a subspecies of humans, an emphuziam. An emphuziam is a species that can travel worlds but looks much like a human, by much I mean exactly. So why did she and her mother move a whole world away from their home, literally. Well, Ashlyn didn't know the answer to that herself, her mother just said, "Pack your bags, we're out!" And they were gone from a life Ashlyn loved, her friends, her neighbors (even though the kids could be annoying she still miss them). She lived in a Utopia to the people who lived there but to her it was a prison that no matter how hard she tried to escape she couldn't, and she tried, a lot. Maybe Fate was keeping her there?
