powerless and in a new time, shutsu falls into the loop of vigilantism, finds a boy that looks scarily like his brother, deals with an info-broker, meets a very frail man with what is essentially his meta ability, hits up a vigilante who's actually a hero, bumps into someone with his family name, and gets terrified out of his socks by an incredibly intelligent mammal. of course, not particularly in that order.
