Dealt a Bad Hand

Starting with Shigaraki Tomura's derisory wager set in their adolescence, Shie Hassaikai's young capo becomes ensnared in a web of events set in motion by his inane infatuation with Dabi, Shigaraki's newly appointed second-in-command, that has even his most rational decisiveness caught in a torrent of uncharacteristically bad decisions that ultimately leads to the wager that reconstructs the entirety of his life.

In one fated game of Oicho-Kabu where he's dealt the dreaded 8-9-3 (ya-ku-za), Chisaki finds an opportunity to right his wrongs and rewrite his past decisions into a life minus Dabi.
