Married life with Alex is going great, better than great, the motel is successful and life in general seems to be on the up for Norma until she meets a fiery young girl with the weight of the world on her shoulders and several dark secrets that could scare off anyone, but not Norma, she doesn't scare easily. This is a story of unlikely friendships, unbreakable bonds, hardships, pain, love, compassion and hope.

Not my usual type of story, but something a little new. I'm testing the waters to see what people think of this! So feedback would mean a lot! (I've not forgotten my other stories! They are being worked on too!)
