Nate and Alex were just roommates living in a small Brooklyn apartment, then the COVID-19 pandemic hit. What starts as innocent touches soon turns into more. Is it the isolation causing them to crave human touch, or something that was always there, just waiting to come to the surface? 

This story was inspired by a thread on the r/relationships subreddit that was posted a couple of months into lockdown. I never saw any updates on their story so decided to write my own ending for them. The actual details of who these characters are, their jobs, their families, everything is completely made up. Just the idea of two guys developing feelings during quarantine was inspired by the reddit thread.
