Eight complete strangers wake up in an abandoned hospital room with no recollection of who they are, where they came from, or how they ended up in this run down place. All they know is that something is horribly wrong, and they each have a nagging sensation that they MUST get out of this hospital before they all die. The only problem is, they don't remember anything, and they keep encountering strange creatures, more confused people, and a horrific towering being that other survivors have only referred to as,... "The Mortician". Will they get out? will they live? or should they stand their ground and fight the inevitable? All they know is right now their only chance for survival is to... RUN.

LEVEL 31

When Adrian and Riley wake up after a car explosion, they're not in a hospital - they're in a game. Thirty levels. Thirty horrors that twist their memories, fears, and guilt into monsters. Adrian, the realist, clings to logic - counting clues, searching for a way out. Riley, the movie fanatic, treats it like a story - until the blood comes too real. Each level pulls them deeper into a nightmare built from their own minds. But there's something waiting past the final stage - a truth neither of them is ready to face. Only one will make it to LEVEL 31. And survival... doesn't always mean waking up. * All characters and events in this story are fictional. Any resemblance to real people or events is entirely coincidental. * [Completed - 10 November 2025] [Editing in Progress]
