"Is he on ventilator?" she asked surprised. The woman closed her eyes and nodded.

"He is nearly DEAD or they say  COMA!!" the  weird grandmother replied.
"okay. '' she thought maybe IVF or Artificial Insemination.
  "It need to make it LOOK like natural." the grandmother said weirdly.
