Satori Keiko is a very lucky person. He has an insane winning streak, and a mean poker face. Growing up in a casino teaches you many things in life, but having a quirk that lets you control probability gives you many things in life. No matter how many mirrors he shattered, or ladders he walked under, the probability was always on his side. He could also make people's lives very difficult for them, especially when he can send bad luck their way.
