What do you do when you've been told that your being forced to marry a complete stranger?
Do you feel excited?
Scared?
Angry?
Or maybe you don't know what to think.
But for Cassandra, it's a completely different story.

Her mother, mother Gothel, had always wanted to have something to do with the throne, wether that be queen, or... the mother of the queen.

Gothel had broke into the castle and stole the princess, who was a soon to be queen, and told Cassandra that she was going to take her place to marry the Prince of the Dark Kingdom. Cassandra didn't agree with it, but she didn't have a choice in the matter.

So she would have to marry the Prince, no matter what she thought of it. But after meeting the Prince, and spending most of her time with him, she slowly begins to realise shes actually falling for him, but could they ever be together? Will people find out about Cassandra's cover? She could get into serious trouble for impersonating a royal.
What's going to happen? 

Will Cassandra and the Prince of the Dark Kingdom be able to be together? Or will Cassandra have other problems to deal with?

Between the writing style being very reflective of my age to the self-deprecating comments I wrote about my own writing to the stolen cover art (my sincerest apologies for that, I am going to change it but the original is by @codynaomiswireart on tumblr) it is beyond me what was going through my head when I wrote it. It is for that reason I found myself shocked to see it with thousands of reads and comments, which thank you for by the way, I did not realize there was this much demand for moon Varian lol. For now I intend on leaving it up solely because it is hilarious to me and a good reflection on what was at the time a very important show to me. In the present, a lot of my love for the series has been somewhat diminished, due to many factors. But I won't deny what it did for me then, as I have moved onto, what I am hopeful to view as far greater artistic pursuits lol. All eyes in the castle, and kingdom, turn to Adellia expecting her to step into her mother's shoes. However, both women aren't ready to give up their lives just yet. Wanting to learn more about her kingdom, and the people of it, before she is forced into an arranged marriage and the throne for the rest of her life, Adellia ventures out into the kingdom to do just that. While there, Adellia meets a young blacksmith by the name of Faron and gets sucked into a plot that goes against her, and her mother's wishes. Will she be able to venture into the unknown, and survive out of the watchful eye of the palace? This book has sexual reference and mentions of things that could possibly be triggering to some - e.g. young motherhood and loss of a parent. This work is usually split into two parts, but I have decided to take down the second part, and consider the first part, one book for now, so I can work on the second. When the second part/book has been finished, I'll decide whether I like it as one book or to reincorporate the rest of the book to make it one. Entered in the Wattys(2020)!
