She remained still, watching. Waiting. Her eyes remained on his face, trying to gauge his emotions from the dark pools of onyx that stared right back into her own eyes. Her eyes flickered down momentarily to his pale hand, which was now lifting ever so slowly. He placed it against her cheek, his eyes flashing between hers hesitantly.
"You won't run from me?" He asked quietly. His face and eyes remained impassive.
After a moment or two, she shook her head. "No. I won't run from you, Sasuke-kun."
