(Kendra's pov)

I wake up to moving trucks outside my window. My mom burst into my room shaking me to get ready. She is mostly excited Im leaving bc she has more room in the house. Oh yeah, I'm going to college! Big step right? Well yeah, but i'm gonna miss it here, I will have to provide my own, and live in a dorm. Ugh a dorm
M: hurry up you leave in 20 minutes!
She leaves my room leaving me to get ready. But I quickly shower and change into leggings and a striped t. Making my way downstairs, I shoved the bacon strips down my throat and slip on my shoes.
M: I cant wait to visit you! Honey i'm gonna miss you so much!
I smile and give her the last hug I will get from her in awhile.
M: Do good okay?! Text me when you get there!
I give her a thumbs up.
Kendra: ILY!!
I heard her yell ily2 as a I walked out the front door. Awaiting in a car, is nessa.
Nessa- Also known as ness but only by me anyways, my friend since high school and is now going to the same college as me. I am Pleading to god that we get the same dorm.
N: Hey girly! You Ready?
I nod. Once we pull out of the driveway all my nerves come in and hit me. A life? On my own? With Ness? Sounds fun but, how will my life turn out in college? Guess will have to find out.
