A spinoff of the series, this full-length story is set in Australia's fictional hospital in Sydney, Heimlich Hospital set in an alternate universe in the year of 2019. Brad is a British 24-year-old young patient suffering from cystic fibrosis and bronchiectasis. He was rushed to intensive care with no company before transferring to the patient's ward.
Zach is an American 16-year-old dyslexic suffering from cystic fibrosis. He is admitted to the children's ward alongside 13-year-old Australian lactose intolerant CF patient, Raphael, 12-year-old British heart murmur patient, Kan, 15-year-old British dyslexic, Josh, 15-year-old British lung cancer patient, Henry, 15-year-old British asthmatic gastroparesis patient Cooper, 15-year-old British CF patient, Ryan and 13-year-old pulmonary fibrosis patient, Noah. They got along well and were engaged in many hospital activities.
Brad was later released from the ICU and transferred to the patient's ward where he made many friends. A doctor, Dr. Williams, is the one monitoring the group but instead of doing activities together, she told the kids that they were reincarnated light spirits.
