This fanfiction takes place in the beautiful world of Middle-earth by J.R.R Tolkien. Valerya is a young lady of Rivendell who returns after 10 years overseas. She has exactly one year to choose a husband, but she does not wish to marry just anyone. She wants to marry out of love.

The backstories and the characters used in this story are just inspired by the ones in J.R.R Tolkiens books. So there will be some changes to them made to better fit my story. 

This is  my first ever fanfiction, and english is not my first language, but I still hope you will enjoy this story.All Rights Reserved
