Lanie Johnson is tired of being the outcast, tired of being the town freak, tired of being compared to her siblings, just plain tired. With nothing but her hope to get away from home as far as possible, something will happen that will change Lanie’s life forever. Trained by new friends, Lanie discovers she’s more powerful than anyone dares to think. Equipped with the power to either save the human and faerie world or destroy it, she comes back to the town that made her childhood a living hell, with only one thing in mind; revenge. Will she finally over shine her siblings and be the prodigy daughter her parents want? Will she make the right choices? With all that’s happening in her life, will she find love along the way? But most especially, will she be able to complete a task that has been destined for her to fail, since the dawn of time?
