All my life I've tried to seek out the beauty in things.
To read in between the lines
find the small cracks and fix them.
I try to figure out what's wrong with things and people before they have any time to react and I leave before they have any time to thank me.
I like fixing
it's what I do
but,
with you,
You won't let me fix
You won't let me leave,
You make me stay while you analyze just about everything about me
You make me feel vulnerable and afraid
You can see what others can't
You see me.

Margot Smith has never been an eye-catcher, but she likes it that way.
She likes putting others before her so she can distract herself from what she wants to deal with the least; herself.

So, when her mother proposes the chance to move to a new town for her job, Margot jumps at the idea.
But,
She never knew moving to a new town would bring her far more than she bargained for.
She didn't realize it would bring her back to the one thing she thought she could escape from.
She didn't realize it would show her more about herself than she thought.
She didn't realize it would bring her to him.
