It's a normal highschool day in Tokyo city. But a spectacular day for the Rowdyruff Boys Z. They have joined highschool to get their revenge on the Powerpuff Girls Z for that stupid kiss in ancient Egypt and humiliating them in front of other villains. 

They trained themselves over the years with a special trainer as their new father, who doesn't know why they want to train so hard. They have now gotten taller, stronger, tougher and... more handsome than before!

Will their revenge plan succeed? Or will this plan lead to a new path in their lives?
