Betty is diagnosed with ALS otherwise known as amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. She had it for over a year. The treatments worked for a while but they stopped. Betty was growing worse by the second.
She didnt wanna die of some crippling disease- she wanted to die as betty cooper. She sets up this system for jughead so he can get his closure and move on. Before betty takes her last breath she has one last request
