"Under the Delta Humafication act 901.7. I was designed to mimic and enhance the genetic formula of every lycanthrope males's mate which in turn makes him believe I am his mate."

When the Werewolves unveiled their existence in 2014 the whole world and everything it thought it knew was flipped on its head. 11 years later in response to the "threat" that Weres impose on human beings, mankind created KT-9700 an ILF (Intelligent Life Form) with the unique ability to crush entire Packs. 

And then Fate intervenes.
