This book will give a bit of a boost to absolute beginners who want to know
1. what the hell Dungeons and Dragons is about,
2. how to play it (as soon as possible) and
3. where to still their hunger for even more information about this awesome game!
(The cover is designed to look like an official D&D resource book. Nevertheless, there is no link to Wizards of the Coast. I created it myself, so you could perhaps call it a "fan cover".)
The picture I used for the cover was drawn by marvellous Julie Dillon (juliedillon). She is so famous, she even has her own wikipedia page!

Curse of The North {Vax'ildan x Reader}
Aenwyn Rapidore is a young mage from the kingdom of Evreoria in the north of Wildemount. After she escapes the warn torn nation the dark history of her homeland haunts her while she fights for survival, fleeing to Tal'Dorei. World War Dragon!
The Story is set in England in 1917... Twelve year old Marion Blount who has never found it easy to make friends. She has a sharp tongue and quick temper but these are just Marion's well learned defences against the goading and taunts she gets at school. Marion can make a horse leap a high fence and climb the tallest of trees but in 1917 these are not the accomplishments a young lady should be proud of as her peers and her mother continually remind her. One afternoon when Marion is out riding she comes across a scruffy and most peculiar woman, wearing trousers of all things. 'Trousers' already knows an awful lot about Marion, in fact a little too much for Marion's liking. Trousers wants to find out if Marion has the 'Knack' - a magical gift - like her ancestors had. She gives Marion the pair of magical rods and the challenge of seeing what she can so with them. But Marion has far more 'Knack' than Trousers anticipates and Marion and her friends very soon find themselves caught up in a dragon uprising and must do al they can to prevent the first dreadful act of destruction the rebel dragons are planning... On the World War 1 battlefields of France and Belgium it is not just soldiers dying. The Armageddon of a world war is unknowingly wiping out huge numbers of dragons that have lived secretly below ground for thousands of years. As a result England is being flooded with dragons fleeing the battlefield carnage. A RANGER IS BORN
First off, this story was not written by me. I am posting it for a friend of mine, with permission of course. This took place in a Dungeons & Dragons game over 30 years ago. It is a about how one of the player characters got his start; Crentar Bronn. He is a human ranger of 1st level in this story. This is important to note, because it'll bring more perspective as you read the story. I was the DM (Dungeon Master) for this game. At the time, we were still in high school, which of course, gives away our age. lol I decided to have each character do it solo before they actually met up with each other. A teaser so-to-speak. Eventually, there was five player characters in the game. My friend who ran Crentar Bronn remembers this whole solo adventure to this very day in great detail. A few years after the game is when he wrote this story. We were recently reminiscing about 'old times' and he told me that he actually wrote it out as a story. He was then able to find it on an old hard drive & then sent it to me. I was very surprised at how good this is & how great his memory was from that adventure. I'm flattered that he was so inspired by it, that he turned it into a story! I hope you enjoy this early adventure of Crentar Bronn as much as we did. Perhaps, with enough comments & likes, he'll be inspired to write more chapters. THX

I wrote this for EVERYONE. To appeal to anyone that reads ANY genre. It combines almost all of them. It's an introduction to the Worlds of Within universe. When you get to the action parts (which doesn't take long) you should be invested enough to want to unravel the mysteries and enjoy its intrigue... The flood is raging. A terrifying, heartless mountain of water, swallowing the world . The tunnel networks? Of course, that won't save them. The forests? Like leaves in a breeze. The lookout towers and trade hubs? Gone. Long Lost Betrothed
Ophelia Alastair used to be a Nobel and betrothed to the one and only Percival De Rolo. But then the Briarwoods came and not only took away Percy's family, but hers as well, causing the two to be lost from each other. 8 years later after the attacks from the Briarwoods and Ophelia works as a solo mercenary until she goes to Sovereign Uriel to answer the flyers they put out only to be met with Vox Machina and her old betrothed. Will she work with the team and come to like them? Will her and Percy come back together or have they become too different. *really bad at book descriptions sorry*

Best friends have a hold on each other stronger than any other oath in the world. Or so thought Basil and Alfur who would rather die than leave each other's side. Until a single choice changes their worlds and what they decided to split apart, fate brought back together. This is a small collection of stories for two D&D characters I made to live in the Exandria universe for a friend's campaign. Basil's story went to Strixhaven and Alfur ended up as an NPC in a separate story. Categorically, I suppose it's some sort of Critical Role universe fanfiction, however the lore is based off of how my friend runs her Wildemount campaign and not the show.Complete
