In an instant, he grips my wrist with the force of a titan, tugging at the roots of my hair so that my now wide eyes are level with his steel gray ones.

"Watch your tongue, Cadet," he growls lowly. "As your Captain, I'm not afraid in the slightest to beat you to a pulp, and believe me, I will."

After following her now dead best friend into the depths of the Survey Corps, Kaira Schneider is left all alone, awaiting her impending doom of being eaten by a titan beyond the walls.

Although, the titans aren't her only threat. If she wants to save humanity, she's going to have to outsmart her own kind--the ones she thought she could trust. And who better to help Kaira than her old pal Humanity's Strongest?
