After the explosion of L'manburg, Tommy goes to visit Tubbo in Snowchester. Along the way, he hears someone..crying? But it wasn't anyone who he knew. It sounds like.. a baby.
(There is no sexualizing since they are minors! This is also all in the role-play. Like a head cannon!)
