Love Under Carolyn's Dormitory

Since the founding of Dhalia University, a magical rumor has persisted: if a couple enters the university together, they are destined to live happily ever after. For Romeo Mercado, however, Dhalia U feels like an unreachable dream. After failing the entrance exam twice, he's kicked out by his parents and sent to live with his grandmother-only to find that she's gone off on a world tour, leaving him in charge of her now-converted girls' dormitory.

To make matters worse, his awkward first impression leads to a string of misunderstandings with the five eccentric tenants: the cute yet violent Sandra "Sandy" Alvarez, the cheeky and opportunistic Claudia "Claudy" Dela Cruz, the quiet and mysterious Vanessa Evans, the no-nonsense Brianna Dominguez, and the chaotic troublemaker Naomi Lynn.

As Romeo juggles daily life as the dorm's reluctant manager, he remains focused on his goal-to pass the entrance exam and get into Dhalia U, all in hopes of fulfilling a promise he made to his childhood sweetheart fifteen years ago. He doesn't remember her name, only the warmth of that moment. But maybe, just maybe, he'll meet her again-and maybe she's been closer than he ever imagined.
