For the past 15 years, Andrea Bianchi and Armani Bianchi have been abused and neglected by their druggy mother and her countless boyfriends. Due to their neglectful mother and absent father, the twins got involved with the underground to make money.

When their mother overdoses on heroin and her current boyfriend is nowhere to be seen, Andrea and Armani find out that they have a father and 4 older brothers who didn't know about their existence until now.

It turns out that their abusive mother had left her husband and sons when she found out she was pregnant again, leaving her family heart broken. So what happens when the twins get put into the custody of their father? Will their dad and brothers tell them their secrets? Will the twins tell their new family members about their underground lives? What will happen when the past comes back to haunt the youngest members of the Bianchi family?
