Izuku was pronounced as quirkless when he was four at the hands of that one doctor. However, unlike in the anime, Inko will be much, much more supportive of him. Instead, Izuku will spend most of his time training to become a hero that's quirkless. However, by the time the sludge incident happens, Izuku will forcibly activate his quirk. One that's so powerful, and so scary that he literally has no other choice but to become a hero. His quirk, is called The One.

If you are quirkless, you will not only be treated very badly, but in some cases also hunted. Because of the blood. People with quirks have problems getting a blood donation. Someone with an animal quirk cannot donate or get any blood from another animal quirk that is not the same species or another quirk . A person with a fire quirk can only get or give blood from someone with a fire quirk. Blood loss is very dangerous only a quirkless person can donate blood to everyone and become blood from everyone. So Izuku has officially a quirk. His quirk makes him smarter and stronger than the rest of the average. Stronger? What an obvious lie.Complete
