The entire school thinks Tweek and Craig are gay because of the Asian girls. Unable to handle the stress, Craig finally devises a plan to "come out as gay" as a way to stage a breakup in front of them as a way to make them take the hint that they don't want anything to do with each other romantically.
Depressed from the treatment Craig is receiving after Tweek's little breakup act, and Tweek depressed because he feels like he made a mistake on making the other out to be the bad guy, they realize how much they truly need each other, and that perhaps they aren't as straight as they thought.
