The day that the Kyuubi attacked, 3 child were born.Naruto,Mito,Memma.That day third Hokage gave his life to save the village along with Kushina and Minato's life.However,Naruto received the soul of the Kyuubi and 1 tails chakra while Memma and Mito got 4 tails chakra.Naruto Having soul and less tails chakra is forgotten by his parents,and is ignored by his godmother and godfather.But is raised by kakashi and other anbu .The villager only see him as kakashi's kid while his sibling are seen as child of prophecy who he doesn't have any idea that they are this sibling.

God of Shinobi
When Naruto is born, Hagoromo(the sage of six paths) pities him because he's alone and has no one so he gives Naruto 100% of his chakra, immediately unlocking his sharingan, rinnegan, byakugon, jougan, tenseigan, and his hogan(I will refer to Ishiki's dojutsu in Boruto as the Hogan) as well as six paths sage mode. Hagoromo makes him promise to not let his power control him and to not use it against the village and Naruto vows to use his power to protect people. His mangekyo sharingan grants him Kamui, Koto Amasukami, Tsukuyomi, and Amaterasu. His eye still bleeds profusely when using one of these techniques, but he won't go blind. How will the power increase affect his life? Note: This is kind of an evil Naruto story. I wouldn't call him evil, but he'll leave Konoha. He might end up in a relationship but as of now, I don't know who it'll be with. If you want to see a good evil naruto story, read heart filled with hatred by luvvlost.
Naruto: The Emperor Dojutsu
In this story Naruto's parents are alive and he have a little sister and a brother. The day where the Kyuubi attack Konoha Minato sealed the Kyuubi's chakra inside of the Naruto younger siblings while he only has the soul of the Kyuubi. Ever since then they all receive a lot of attention to there family and the village leaving Naruto alone with no one else he had 2 friends who was always by his side until they turned there backs into him which result something inside of him started to break, not the seal of the Kyuubi something else. As on his way home he heard his parents and suppose god father talking about the prophecy about there children who were Menma and Nasumi they were wondering why Naruto wasn't there but Jiraya explained that he is not important so they come up to train the younger siblings the parents were hesitate at first but agreed not knowing that Naruto heard every single detail which result something Naruto felt something break, as the kyuubi inside of him notice this as which made him look at his Jailer who suddenly appeared in front of the seal gate he then notice something different on his eyes which shock him "I never thought that I'd live to see it again" Then Naruto lift his head and look at the Kyuubi with no fear nor hate just Emotionless "The Emperor Dojutsu"
The Fox Prodigy
Minato and Kushina do not die. Naruto has a twin sister named Naruko and later on has a younger sister named Mito. Naruto and Naruko are both jinchuriki only Naruko has the kyuubi's chakra and Naruto has the kyuubi soul sealed inside of him. Naruto doesn't have a good life after that. He neglected by his parents, but not his by his sisters. He doesn't get special training from his parents like his twin gets. Naruto doesn't get loved by his parents, instead they ignore him and focus on his sisters. Naruto decides to do something about this. He is forced to make the hardest decisions and suffer from those decisions. See how Naruto goes threw life, dealing with horrible things happening to him left and right.Complete
