Narrated through the eyes of a Communist Freedom Fighter, who fought for an American Revolution is betrayed by the Leaders that he helped place. Finding himself on the run after witnessing his family be butchered right in front of him by the very government that he helped gain power, he questions everything that he once believed full heartedly. This book shows the end of his life, one that has been dedicated to bring equality to all people no matter the race, disability, or social class one is put in. The Main Character finally has the time to spend with his family, now that the People's Republic of America has taken control of the Government of America. His peace is short lived, however, as his family is brutalized right in front of him, by Communist Shock Troopers. After running away like a coward, he rots in the alleys of an unforgiving city. ~~ Author's Note ~~ If the description feels rushed, that's because I forgot to save my actual Description that was supposed to be here (which was much larger, better explained, and gave full insight on what my plans were). Basically it went something like "The main character truly believed in the revolution but his leaders betrayed him" or something like that. The Short Story has about 600-700 words, made in about two hours, and has received no proof reading, so don't expect to much from the story. This Short Story will not be expanded upon. I may make an actual book (prequel or sequel) with actual chapters in it, but I won't be updating this book. Thanks for understanding. (Side note: Cover was made on CANVA. Props to the original artists).
