This is where the Devil resides and according to myths that's where the gates to hell open, this is where most come sell their souls to the devil, witches get their power, warlocks get their magic, vampires get the immortality and werewolves get closer to the moon goddess but humans take this as a no go area under strict restrictions from city officials.
