A teenage boy vanishes without a trace, and an arsonist begins launching attacks in the streets. Now, lives are at stake, and as heroes and villains make their first moves, no one knows where to put their trust.

Sophia Colbo is an agent of the Watch, an organization that patrols the city of Harmont to gather intelligence on emerging threats.
