For decades the story has always been the same.
The silent knight Link battles Ganondorf the villain king to save princess Zelda and all of Hyrule from the malice that Ganondorf possesses.
But lately the story has been altered
Their is someone new in the story that changes everything.
Aria
Chosen maiden of Nayru herself
wielder of Nayru's bow with the ability to stop the cycle once and for all.
But her real power was lost to time.
At first when the maiden appeared on the scene the hero wasn't close to her at all but as they adventured and were reincarnated together they grew closer and closer until finally they reincarnated as brother and sister.
Siblings that would do anything to keep each other safe.
In order to defeat Calamity Ganon Link must remember who brought him to the shrine.

The Heroes' Rebirth - REVISITED | BOTW Sequel/Zelink (The Legend of Zelda)
~Having returned after two years, I decided to edit The Heroes' Rebirth. I changed (hopefully) all of the spelling errors, fixed the grammar and changed some of the sequences of events. I added some extra scenes as well. Hope you enjoy the revised version :) HR It has been six months after the defeat of Calamity Ganon. Peace and rebirth are beginning to come upon the land of Hyrule once again. Zelda is deep in planning of the repair of Hyrule Castle and Hyrule Castle Town, and Link is busy with the cleansing of the lands from monsters. The two have had almost no time together after their fight with Ganon. Saying Goodbye
"....How? ....How did it come to this? The Divine Beasts... the Guardians.... they've all turned against us. It was... Calamity Ganon. It turned them all against us!" The Kingdom of Hyrule had been preparing for Ganon's return since Zelda was only months old. But a now grown-up Zelda stood, well sat, collapsed on the ground of a Neculdian field with the man she loved bleeding out in her arms. There had never been a Zelda who'd failed, a Link who allowed darkness to reign, but Hyrule had fallen dead. The fight had been lost. At the scream of the scared sword, Zelda was alone. Scared, injured, pregnant... alone. But she was the final descendant of Hylia. She had to fight on, even if alone. "I'm sorry,"-she whipped around-"I didn't realize you were my father?" "Your father, the king, would execute me for letting you travel by yourself." "Oh, so this is about self-preservation?" "Yes. Yours. There are monsters all over Hyrule now, Your Highness." Blue eyes pointedly looked her up and down. "And by the looks of it, you're not equipped to handle that." She mirrored his scrutiny and scoffed. "What, and you are?" She gestured to the cairns beyond the trees. "Are you going to protect me as well as you protected them?" Calamity is upon Hyrule. The Goddess Hylia appointed but two children to prevent the end of the world. The powers they were promised don't come easily, and after years of outright failure, Princess Zelda can't help but wonder if Hylia chose wrong. It certainly doesn't help that the boy fate has tangled her with makes her seethe. Devotion, heartbreak, inadequacy. Faith, perseverance, and courage. This is a story of finding what lies within.
