You are "the Dragon", one of the most famous spies in Japan, well at least to others in the line of work. After graduating top of your college class, you were scouted to work at the elite espionage agency, SKY. SKY is apart of the Miyagi-Tokyo Alliance with the different sub-agencies Nekoma, Fukurodani, and Karasuno. Years after you climbed up the ranks in the agency, SKY assigned you and your team a new mission to investigate and take down the criminal ring known as COBRA, only, there's a catch: you have to successfully do this mission with the new (and quite clumsy) intern Yachi Hitoka.
