Sunshine is a neutral city hiding behind fog and forlorn, invisible from the socio-political drama of the continent, became a city populated by shaman refugees and western outlaws, receives another member into it's beautifully  1800s inspired architecture. Nathan Carter a 20 year old vampire from Miami, came seeking peace while being a fugitive from the Tepes Assembly.
