Lev's girlfriend returns after the break up of her and Lev...Let's just say things don't end as pretty. Lev, Kuroo and Akaashi (Akaashi only stays for a day) end up in hospital. Lev's health goes downhill and he ends up dying...turns out it was just a dream from the night they had a party. Yaku asks Kenma and Kuroo for advice on confessing and they through a party for Yaku and Lev. Yaku reveals his feeling for lev. ((Also Front cover not by me, I'll make one soon))
