Unexpected Unhappy Turn

Jackson and Conner have been best friend for a long time they have both loved each for a long time but don't know how the other feels about them. So it takes them till the day before to finally come out to each other on how they feel and from then they fall in love. But what happens when Jackson gets adopted and moves an hour away. Guess you'll just have to read to find out.

I got the inspiration for this story from the TV show The Fosters, after watching it I wanted to help more with the topics in the show and also the topics in my story.
