It's the start of any ordinary school year in Japan when word has traveled across heroes, hero agencies and hero schools all the way to UA. The best of the best in Japan for Hero training. Word has it, a figure has been seen making their way to the US on the West coast of Canada. They say nothing; only sounds they make are as if they're a whale. Anyone who stands up to them either is shot on the spot, or is taken down by their Quirks. It has come to the point where All Might and Eraser, and a small handful of UA teachers, are called in to deal with the figure. They have been given 'orders' to kill if absolutely necessary, or detain and bring back to UA for containment, because frankly... No one wants to keep them.
