Today is your first day at Seattle Grace Mercy West Hospital and you couldn't be more nervous. Everything in your life has led up to this moment. From grade school, to college, to med school, and now SGMW Hospital.

Your parents always encouraged you to pursue your dreams and when being a surgeon was the one, they were beyond excited. Each wanting you on their own specialty.

Your mother, Addison Forbes Montgomery is the double board certified OB/GYN and Neonatal Surgeon. While your father, Mark Sloan, the Plastics God, wanted nothing more than an addition to his Plastics Posse.

Personally you weren't set on a specialty yet, but loved Peds, General, Plastics, and Neuro.
