*book two of the Counting On Hockey series. Read Just Another Goal prior to this book* Meredith and Cole are going into their Senior year of high school. They are inseparable together. Now both playing hockey, and being together for now more than a year, they thought nothing could hurt them. Meredith's Dad is Randy Adams, hockey legend from the late 90's on the Detroit Red Wings. He moves constantly for his new job, which now has nothing to do with hockey. When moving from Michigan to Maine, it was a good thing. Meredith got away from drama back home and she found her high school sweetheart, and quite possibly the love of her life. When Meredith moved to Maine, Cole found his soulmate and best friend. Meredith's fathers job is sending him to Chicago, which mean she has to move. Again. She has to leave her new life as best friends with the entire boys hockey team. But most importantly, she has to leave Cole. ********* One More Day follow Meredith's POV through her time on the first day at her new school to the next time she has a chance to see Cole again. Drama may cause some second thought on their relationship. But they love each other, so let's see how they turn out. *Each chapter name will have the number of days until Meredith and Cole can see each other again. She has exactly 93 days from her first day of school to when she gets to see Cole.* *mild sexual innuendo and content, and swearing* *Not all hockey players or their jobs in this book are real. Some NHL players might be real, but the jobs they have are made up*

A brother and a sister. One is the captain of the hockey team in a small town while the other aspires to be the best figure skater out there. But what happens when they cross paths after a year of being apart, and everything has changed. One doesn't want to be seen by the other, rather wanting to leave the small town for bigger opportunities and the other has lost their aspirations to be the best figure skater, rather wanting to be on the ice hockey team. Everyone thought that nothing could come between the two of them, but maybe there is more to their story. Maybe they both have secrets they have been hiding for so long that they don't even know the truth. But what happens if it isn't all about how they have changed and grown apart and that someone else was involved? No one knows the truth, but maybe by adding the bad boy's, The Armani's, to the table will bring someone down, or someone else up. Just bring the grandchildren of a designer together and see what happens. See who breaks first. See who messes with the Lauren's first. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "I don't know who you are anymore" "I trusted you. I trusted that you wouldn't do that to me but you did it anyways" "I'm not the good girl you left behind for your hockey team. People change, Aiden. I've changed and so have you" ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- TW* some themes and words may be distressing for some* ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Started: 30.10.22 Finished: Rankings:

"You see that sign too?" One of his teammates asked as he skated over. His teammate hunched over on his stick so they could hear each other better over the noise coming from the arena. Keeping his focus on the girl standing behind the sign, he replied, "Yeah I see it. That's the rookie she's talking about, right?" "Yeah. I could never imagine dumping your girl because you made it to the big leagues. That girls a Leafs fan too. We should give her a show eh?" You had been waiting for that call from your boyfriend where he would finally tell you "I'm headed to the NHL." And one day that call actually came. But it didn't go the way you had expected. Being told you were a distraction and getting dumped so your ex could follow his dreams infuriated you. And obviously, like anyone would do, you created a plan to get back at him. But if you had known the outcomes, both the positive and negative, would you have still done it? Was finding the love of your life with the help of your plan worth all the pain you were put through? Would you give up your new found life just to protect yourself and the people you're around? For Better or Worse is a fan fiction featuring both original characters and players from the NHL. It's full of surprises and longing questions that'll keep you wanting to read in order to find the answers.
