Blinded by the noise

Riverdale is a town where music is banned, the reason for this is, is because Jughead Jones the son of the mayor uses music to help him get around town and home, because he is visually impaired so music was banned to prevent it from interfering with the music Jughead was listening to, because if other music was interfering with Jughead's it would make him get lost so for this reason everyone at Riverdale high hates Jughead, Betty despises Jughead because she thinks he is selfish and she thinks its his fault she will never get to become a singer and the whole town doesn't know Jughead is blind despite the obviousness, but what happens when Jughead's father arranges a marriage between Jughead and betty ?
