Short play. In the future after a great war western Europe is taken over by a man with great ambition to build a new Rome. But none of that matters, all that matters is the relationship that evolves between Walter and Tristan.A uncouth middle aged death row inmate and his mild mannered lower aristocrat prison guard. Walter has to kill Tristan to gain his freedom, and Tristan secretly wish to rebel against the government that took his parents from him and thinks this prisoner can help him do it. By the end Tristan must make a terrible desion, one that will rock the empire too it's core, or keep it on its cruel path...
