During the night of the royal family's annual ball, an intruder broke into the palace's forbidden room, where the most secret documents and valuable treasures were kept. By morning, news spread like wildfire-the chest said to contain fossilized bones of an ancient snake species encased in rare crystals had vanished.

Sedric Tarion Rivia, the cold and ruthless top agent of the Red Ring Society, was assigned to recover the stolen crystals. For someone of his caliber, it should have been an easy task. However, things took an unexpected turn when he encountered Rain Aragon de Rosco, the spoiled heir of the Red Ring Society and his boss's only son. Rain, who had skipped his classes, was pulled into Sedric's mission on the very day of the agents' departure.
