For all of Andréa's life, it had just been her and her mother, Jean Rosenthal. Growing up in Dublin, Ireland, the sounds of the city are second nature. The American tourists flock to Dublin for a disgusting pint of Guinness and to explore their roots are an easy pickpocket for someone like her.

Andréa's a normal teenager, she enjoys music, annoying her mother, playing with her dogs, and loves going to the cinema to catch the cheaper matinée. But she and her mother have a secret, both women come from a long line of witches, banshees to be specific. The last two Human Banshees in the world and as the only living descendants of Merlin, and descendants of the Irish gods, the Morrigan, Lir, Clíodhna, and Áine, they have a huge secret to keep.

But when Jean goes missing without a trace, it's up to Anya, her loyal companion T'Pow the doberman, and a few of her friends, they go on a mission to rescue Andréa's mother and save the world from the rising of Morgana.
