Elpída, a woman who thought she was alone is in a disastrous world where an outbreak among humanity has occurred. Known as the "Barbaric disease", it causes humans to become incredibly violent and filled with nothing but pure rage. Elpída finds a note left by her parents, which gives her a new purpose and makes her motivated to put an end to the disease. During her journey she finds new people, like her friend Alyssa and others who also want to put an end to the disease. Elpída travels to Media Noche Island, an island where a simple book can save the world. There, she has to write a wish on the Deseos, book in order for it to come true. Although, the mission Is not as easy as it sounds, as she discovers new dangers. Will Elpída make it through?
